I am a "boomerang" Mainer, having returned to my home town of Scarborough with my husband and three children.

I attended the University of New Hampshire, completing a dual degree in Psychology and Family Studies.

In 2012, I obtained my Masters of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire Marriage and Family Therapy Program. After graduation, I worked at Seacoast Mental Health Center in Portsmouth as an outreach therapist helping adults with severe and persistent mental illness, and their families.  I then set out in private practice in 2014.

I have completed

  • Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) training including a four-day externship through the International Center for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).

  • Gottman Level 1 & 2 Clinical Training (The Gottman Institute)
